We Are In The Studio
We are here at Bird Cloud Studios in Edwardsville, Illinois, recording a 4 song CD. After an alllll day session last thursday we came back today to do some more work. It will all be done before our July 9th show, and we are going to release all this for free. It sounds awesome so far, and we are probably only 2/3rds of the way done.
The tentative title for the CD is "One Headlight," named after our one true inspiration Jakob Dylan (did you know he spells his name with a K? yeah, I had to google it.) It shouldn't stay that way, but we have a tendency to name things as a joke and then just go with it.
I have to head off to the great white north on a fishing trip pretty soon, so we finished all my parts first. Now I'm just hanging out for moral support/creative input/bad jakob dylan jokes. The above picture is chris listening to a take he just finished for the song, tentatively titled, "wig wam."
The website will come together once we have these tracks done. I'm hoping we will be able to host them here to download, but if not we'll put links errwhere for it.
